REFUND POLICY

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: For defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, please contact us immediately within 7 days upon receipt and attach photos and a complete unboxing video of the items you received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days upon receipt, provided that: The product to be returned and exchanged is unused and is in its original packaging with no signs of damage or alteration, and the product to be returned and exchanged has either the same price or a lower price than the new items to be exchanged. The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. To make a return and exchange an item, please be guided by the steps below:

REFUNDS: All our items are nonrefundable. However, we do accept returns and exchange of items that are of the same price or higher. Please see the section above for the Returns and Exchange Guidelines.

Order Processing Time: Allow 2-3 days for order preparation before shipping.

Shipping Fees: Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over PHP 999.

Standard Shipping Fee of PHP 100 for orders PHP 999 and below.

Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday via J&T Express or Flash Express, depending on availability.
